This person will support our clients and members to drive product engagement.Note: This position is based in either Salt Lake City, Utah or Austin, TX and will be hybrid in office 3 days per week (Monday/Wednesday/Thursday) What You’ll Do:Design, build, and test innovative changes to maximize member experience.Launch innovative products for our clients and members to deliver valuable services while driving company revenue.Strategically build a roadmap based on key objectives and results, which incorporate your deep knowledge of the industry, product metrics, client asks, and most importantly, member needs.Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives to deliver on commitments and OKRs. Use data, curiosity, and good judgment to continuously prioritize a roadmap to ensure you are moving the most impactful work forward. Balance company goals, client expectations, and member experience to make well-rounded product decisions.Who You Are:Experienced problem solver: you have 5+ years of product experience, including leadership of an engineering team. If not direct Product Management experience, you have experience solving problems for customers and leading teams to build solutions. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
