Home Health Clinical Director (RN)
Care IV Home Health, a locally owned and operated home health agency in Fayetteville, is eagerly seeking a full-time, highly skilled, and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as the Clinical Director. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing branch operations for our Fayetteville, Arkansas, territory. Your contribution as a Home Health Clinical Director with Care IV is crucial to our mission of providing reputable skilled medical home health services to our patients.
We are looking for a dedicated individual with Home Health, OASIS, and management experience to join our team. The successful candidate will report to our Regional Director of Clinical Operations and will play a key role in our continued success. Requirements:
Registered Nurses (RN) license that is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
Home Health and OASIS knowledge & experience
Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully run branch operations
Current OASIS Certification is a plus
Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:
Managing clinical operations for our Fayetteville, Arkansas, branch location
Predictive staffing to anticipate talent needs for growth
Branch budgeting preparation
Participating in activities to increase star ratings and promote overall branch growth
Increasing patient census and profitability while maintaining excellent quality of care
Managing day-to-day activities
Other duties as assigned
