School SLP Position

Please ensure to answer application questions to indicate where you are located and what model you are seeking.* Position Summary: The position of Speech Language Pathologist provides therapeutic techniques for the rehabilitation of patients with speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing and cognitive disorders. The Speech Language Pathologist plans, implements, and evaluates patient care to restore or maintain patient well-being and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team.     About Us: Care Options for Kids, formerly known as The Hello Foundation connects leading pediatric specialists with families to provide best-in-class pediatric therapy, nursing, and school based-services. Document, prepare/revise and complete Plan of Care, progress notes, phone orders and other clinical record documentation on an ongoing basis.   Performs and oversees other team members, when applicable, in the performance of patient care that is consistent with the patient's needs and desires.   Provides appropriate plan , treatment and evaluation for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders with appropriate test and measurements.   Promote Agency philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.   Ability to maintain confidentiality of data and information.   Master’s or higher degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders granted by an accredited institution of higher education   Current Active State License to practice Speech Therapy in the state you are looking to work within.   Ability to meet vaccination requirements of partnered school districts   Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity, sufficient to operate a keyboard, telephone and other equipment.   Must own a personal computer with teleconferencing capabilities     Medical, Dental & Vision - Cigna   ~ Front-Loaded PTO for Full-Time Employees and Accrued PTO for Part-Time Employees   ~ Online community of clinicians   If you are interested in learning more about joining the Care Options family, our culture, or immediate and future opportunities, please visit us at   Thank you in advance for considering Care Options for Kids!  #
