The company has a great design and build reputation so employees are being added to keep up with the consistently growing demand. Customers are diverse across many industries so the workload is very stable. Employees are never bored as projects are challenging and vary greatly. The company promotes from within and the opportunity to run the design division could be available in the next five years, if qualified and that role is of interest.The work schedule can be flexible but would consist of 50 hours weekly. Engineers get to see the manufacturing of the product they designed as well as it functioning after the installation. This position could grow into a division management position in four to five years.
