Job Summary:

Join our team at Carry On Therapy, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, and play a vital role in empowering individuals to reach their full potential. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work closely with our experienced therapists and support staff to deliver high-quality services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral interventions and support plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers

• Assist with daily living skills, social skills, and communication skills training

• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Participate in team meetings and ensure accurate documentation of client progress

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required

• 0 years of experience as an RBT (new graduates welcome!)

• Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively with children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
