We are seeking a highly skilled Project/Task Lead to oversee day-to-day operations and execution of NetOps mission related activities. As the principle point of representation of the NetOps Support Services Contract, you will provide technical leadership and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Key Responsibilities: * Lead daily operations and technical execution of NetOps mission related activities.
* Serve as the principal representative for the NetOps Support Services contract.
* Analyze complex local and wide area network systems, including planning, designing, evaluating, selecting operating systems and protocol suites, and configuring communication media with concentrators, bridges, and other devices.
* Resolve difficult interoperability problems to obtain operation across all platforms including email, files transfer, multimedia, teleconferencing, etc.
* Configure systems to user environments.
* Support acquisition of hardware software, and subcontractor services.
* Ensure the quality and timely delivery of services under the NetOps Support Services Contract.
Minimum Qualifications * 7+ years of relevant experience in network operations, with strong technical skills in planning, designing, and managing complex network systems.
* A CCNP- Enterprise, Routing and Switching, or Data Center certification is required.
* A COMPTIA Security+ CE certification is required.
* A high school diploma or GED is required.
* An active Secret Security Clearance is required.
