Location: Joint Base Andrews, MD Position Summary: Provide all AV/PA system support required for equipment sign-outs and manned events the Communication Squadron (CS) is responsible for to include supporting CS customers in the Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR). Responsibilities Include: * Provide Audio Visual/Public Address support.
* Ensure all audio visual and public address events are fully supported including, but not limited to customer coordination, equipment delivery, equipment transport, equipment setup/tear down, troubleshooting any equipment malfunctions and playing of scripted music.
* Maintain inventory management of all physical assets associated with AV/PA systems.
* Provide emergency AV troubleshooting assistance within 30 minutes of notification either by phone or in person.
* Provide full AV/PA support and coordination for customers within 5 business days of request.
* Track all events using the Government provided event tracking system(s) and software.
* Prepare and maintain project planning documentation, presentation material and program research related to all AV/PA events and equipment and shall provide these materials to the Government within five (5) business days of request.
* Use Government provided ticket system to process, log, and close out all trouble tickets, change requests and work-orders within two (2) business days of completion.
* Complete all request tickets and event coordination within five (5) days of assignment.
* Provide after-action reports, as required.
* Perform maintenance on any of the AV/PA kits & systems.
* Provide on-site support for after-hours events.
* Providing recommendations for when parts, equipment, materials need to be replaced.
Basic Qualifications: * 1+ years of experience managing portable and fixed Audio Visual (AV) systems and familiarization with Anchor portable systems and Yamaha MG166C soundboards.
* An active Secret Security Clearance.
