Clover Leaf Solutions is looking for an Industrial Safety Training Specialist to join our team at Sandia National Lab in Livermore, CA. This role will be critical in enhancing the safety culture by providing comprehensive training in various industrial safety applications. The focus for this position will be electrical safety. Requirements: * Proven experience in conducting safety training in industrial settings. * Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. * Expertise in Lockout/Tagout (LO/TO) practices. * Experience in training on the safe operation of forklifts, ladders, and manlifts. * Familiarity with Department of Energy (DOE) safety requirements. * Ability to develop and deliver engaging training materials and presentations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desired Qualifications: * Relevant certifications in industrial safety or training, including higher OSHA certifications (e.g., OSHA 500 or OSHA 510). * Experience working in a laboratory or research environment. * Ability to assess training needs and adapt programs accordingly. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
