Clover Leaf Solutions is searching for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our vibrant team in Albuquerque, NM. We are seeking an individual with over 10 years of experience to contribute their expertise to a variety of projects, including those with federal organizations such as DOD and DOE. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in project execution and team management, ensuring the successful delivery of impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: Utilize your exceptional design and mechanical engineering skills to deliver top-notch solutions for various projects.
Prepare technical equipment data sheets and specifications, demonstrating attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Evaluate vendors' technical bids and recommendations to ensure partnership with the best suppliers.
Engage actively in design reviews, risk assessments, and vendor bid evaluations, providing valuable insights.
Drive operational excellence by providing crucial information and recommendations to strategic plans, improving production, quality standards, and productivity.
Resolve issues, conduct audits, and identify areas for system improvements, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
Efficiently manage resources and budgets to achieve project success and contribute to financial objectives.
Guide and lead a team of engineers and designers to support current project listings. Required Experience: Bachelor of Science degree in an applicable engineering field from an ABET-accredited college or university.
Licensed Professional Engineer in New Mexico.
10+ years of experience with mechanical systems and design.
Experience working on federal government projects and obtaining necessary clearances.
