What you will be doing

PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS : 

  • Fournir une assistance technique et un soutien de bureau aux associés internes et à distance 

  • Compétences en gestion des fournisseurs incluant la capacité d’interagir avec et de soutenir les fournisseurs externes et de coordonner le travail avec eux afin de répondre à nos besoins opérationnels et à ceux de nos clients. 

  • Surveiller les serveurs, les sauvegardes et faire enquête sur les problèmes pouvant survenir pour s’assurer que de tels incidents sont réglés conformément aux niveaux de service définis 

  • Planifier, établir l’échéancier et coordonner les besoins de téléphonie du Centre d’appels conformément aux processus prédéfinis du fournisseur et de l’entreprise 

  • Mettre en œuvre les améliorations et la mise à niveau des ordinateurs de bureau et des serveurs selon les cycles de vie de la technologie et en conformité avec les politiques de gestion du changement  

  • Documenter, suivre et surveiller les incidents/problèmes au moyen de la gestion des incidents SYSAID ITIL afin d’assurer une résolution rapide 

  • Gestion d’inventaire inclut la capacité de s’assurer que des niveaux de stocks suffisants sont maintenus à jour 

  • Soutenir les processus d’accueil et de départ  s’appliquant aux nouvelles recrues, aux licenciements et aux mutations internes 

  • Coordonner les arrangements pour la réparation de matériel informatique défectueux avec les fournisseurs 

  • Configurer et traiter les configurations d’utilisateur pour le matériel et les logiciels 

  • Fournir un soutien de 2e niveau aux utilisateurs finaux comme l’administration des nos ID des utilisateurs, la réinitialisation des mots de passe, le déverrouillage des comptes d’utilisateurs, au besoin 

  • Excellentes compétences en dépannage pour isoler et identifier rapidement la cause profonde des incidents. 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical assistance and desktop support to both internal and remote associates
  • Vendor management skills include the ability to interface, support and coordinate work with external vendors in support of our business and client requirements.
  • Will monitor servers, backups and investigate issues that may occur ensuring such incidents are resolved in accordance to defined service levels
  • Will plan, schedule and coordinate Call Centre telephony requirements in accordance to predefined vendor and corporate processes
  • Implement desktop/server upgrades and enhancements as per technology life cycles and in compliance with change management policies
  • Document, track, and monitor incidents/problems via ServiceNow to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Inventory management include the ability to ensure sufficient inventory levels are kept up to date
  • Will support onboarding/off boarding process specific to new hires, terminations & internal moves
  • Coordinate arrangements for repair of malfunctioning computer equipment with vendors.
  • Will configure and process User configurations for hardware and software
  • Will provide 2nd level end-user support such as user ID administration, reset passwords, unlock user accounts as required
  • Demonstrates excellent trouble shooting skills to quickly isolate and identify the root cause of underpinning incidents.
  • May be required to be on standby/ on call as part of this role. 

What your background should look like 

EXPÉRIENCE ET NIVEAU D’ÉDUCATION REQUIS : 

  • Formation dans des domaines tels que les sciences informatiques, ou des vocations similaires, généralement obtenue à l’issue d’ un programme de baccalauréat de quatre ans, formation professionnelle et technique, ou une combinaison équivalente d’expérience et études; 

  • Six (6) d’expérience en tant qu’administrateur de systèmes; 

 

COMPÉTENCES?, CONNAISSANCES ET APTITUDES MINIMALES REQUISES : 

  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) ou certificat MS MCDSTITIL V3 en ordinateurs de bureau  

  • Solide expérience de TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, des systèmes sans fil et connaissance pratique du RPV sécurisé et des pare-feu Cisco 

  • Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer oralement et par écrit 

  • Offrir un bon service à la clientèle 

  • Aptitude démontrée à accomplir plusieurs tâches à la fois et à prioriser des demandes diverses en fonction de l’importance d’affaires. Cela est compatible avec un environnement dynamique combiné à des priorités changeantes; 
     

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires training in fields such as, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor’s Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education;
  • 6 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator required;

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or MS Certified Desktop MCDSTITIL V3 certificate
  • Proven experience with TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, wireless and a working knowledge of secure VPN’s and Cisco Firewall
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strives to deliver customer service
  • Proven ability to multi-task and to prioritize various requests based on business importance. This is consistent with a fast paced environment with shifting priorities;
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
