The Lead Solutions Architect works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.This is your opportunity to join our Fortune #40, Best Places to Work company and help us make a difference as we help our members achieve their best health!The Lead Solutions Architect:Translates business needs into technical systems solutions.Builds digital, omni-channel experiences following MACH (Microservices, API First, Cloud Native and Headless) architectural pattern.Builds solutions like patterns with great visibility (Logging, Monitoring and Tracing) into the system.Builds highly scalable, secure microservices in a cloud agnostic wayBuilds and ensures security within digital experiences utilizing authentication, and authorization/access management.Integrates hardware, software and network interfaces to form a system.Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision.Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.Use your skills to make an impact Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field8 years of progressive information technology experience directly related to architecture/engineering, information security, or other specialized technology fieldPrior project lead experienceStrong expertise in building omni-channel experiences following MACH (Microservices, API First, Cloud Native and Headless) architectural pattern.Strong expertise in building solutions like patterns with great visibility (Logging, Monitoring and Tracing) into the system.Strong expertise in software development and cloud infrastructure blueprinting/provisioningExperience working with and building CI/CD pipelinesStrong expertise in UI, including Vue.js, Angular, and/or ReactStrong expertise in mobile, including React Native and/or FlutterStrong expertise in cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS, or GCPStrong expertise in back-end, including .NET, Java, and/or NodeStrong expertise in Kubernetes and/or DockerStrong expertise in OAuth2.0 and/or OIDC, including authentication and authorization/access management,Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldAdditional InformationLocation/Work Style: Remote USWhy Humana?
