Responsibilities - Finance Manager:
- Meet dealership sales goals
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores
- Work directly with Desk Managers and lenders to provide finance and insurance options to consumers.
- Explain all manufacturer warranties along with aftermarket products and extended service contracts.
- Discuss finance and lease options with consumers while ensuring the customer's experience meets or exceeds expectations.
- Clearly explain all aspects of a customer's purchase ensuring 100% satisfaction
- Process financing and leasing deals accurately in order to secure approval through financial sources while complying with all government regulations
- Maintain enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee morale
- Processes loan, tag and title, and miscellaneous documents efficiently.
- Maintain great lender relationships
- Perform daily follow up on active and prior customers
Requirements - Finance Manager:
- At least 2 years’ automotive experience with 1 year in automotive management
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with others by valuing teamwork
- Understand and comply with federal/state/local regulations which affect the new/used vehicle purchase and finance department.
- Professional appearance and strong communications skills
- Computer skills
- Team-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid U.S. driver's license with good driving record
