Management Analyst
Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Analyst to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client in Huntsville, AL. The selected individual will provide program management support and oversight to meet client requirements for an Army hypersonic rocket and missile program. This role involves providing management support and oversight for the planning, direction, and control (cost, schedule, and performance) for hypersonic weapons programs.
This position is located in Huntsville, AL.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Provide program management support and oversight for hypersonic weapons programs, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Provide logistics and operations management support for the preparation, planning, and execution of annual lines of funding.
Utilize expertise in the designated automated system to manage funds and support the review of previous year funding requests for applicability to next Fiscal Year (FY) requirements.
Oversee and coordinate planning, scheduling, and management activities.
Study, analyze, and provide recommendations on requirements, acquisition strategies, program documentation, program phase transition plans, supplemental information, and program execution.
Ensure effective control of cost, schedule, and performance for hypersonic weapons programs.
Provide high-level oversight and coordination of program management activities.
Perform all functional duties independently and oversee the efforts of less senior staff as needed.
Manage high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of the program.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
10 years of experience in program management, logistics, or a related field.
MA/MS degree in a relevant discipline.
Strong knowledge of program management principles, including cost, schedule, and performance control.
Experience with logistics and operations management, particularly in the context of funding and financial planning.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and oversee the efforts of less senior staff.
Familiarity with DoD acquisition strategies and program documentation.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
Experience supporting Army or other DoD programs.
Knowledge of hypersonic weapons systems.
Experience with automated systems for managing funds and financial planning.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $195,200.00.
