Legal Assistant (Management Analyst I) Position Description As a Legal Assistant (Management Analyst I), you will support the DOJ's Executive Office for Immigration Review, specifically supporting the Sacramento, CA Immigration Court, in a fast-paced environment. This role involves extensive administrative tasks, close interaction with the public, attorneys, and U.S. Immigration Judges. Responsibilities include managing case information, coordinating with various agencies, handling court documents, schedules, and mail, and assisting U.S. Immigration Judges in court.
