All Source Senior Content Developer This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance. The All Source Senior Content Developer will conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements. Compensation & Benefits: Pay commensurate with experience. All Source Senior Content Developer Responsibilities Include: * Provide support to the Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) in the design and development of evaluation and student assessment programs for IOC (foundational) and AOC (specialty) training programs that support COTS-M courses of study. * Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. * Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements. * Accountable for all aspects of the DISMG Training Program. * Performs other job-related duties as assigned All Source Senior Content Developer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: * Minimum 12 years of Army Military Intelligence experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. * Must be a DISMG Graduate. * Graduate of Army instructor Course or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e., NGA College, NSA ADET, etc.). * Master's Degree preferred * In-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements. * Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology. Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks. * Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings. * Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight. * Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products. * Demonstrated proficiency in all Digital Intelligence Systems (DIS) applications, to include DCGS-A Family of Systems, ArcGIS and other ESRI programs, FADE/MIST, ICI, and other intelligence programs of record. * Experience in managing large projects in geographically separated employees * Communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates * Proficient with all Microsoft Office tools Demonstrated proficiency in all DCGS-A / DIS applications. * Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal Company Information: Cherokee Analytics (CA) is a part of Cherokee Federal - the division of tribally owned federal contracting companies owned by Cherokee Nation Businesses.
