The Safety and Security Manager will provide full-time oversight of safety and security programs, initially based at NVC, with the ability to coordinate efforts at both Centers. This role ensures compliance with facility safety and security requirements, implements training, conducts inspections, and drives continual improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and secure work environment.

??Safety and Security Manager? Responsibilities Include:
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety and security programs at each Center.
Conduct inspections, enforce compliance, issue citations, and ensure adherence to all program requirements.
Provide safety and security training to staff and promote awareness of best practices.
Monitor, document, and report incidents, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Conduct research, outreach, and observations to continually enhance facility safety and security efforts.
Collaborate with management and stakeholders to ensure operational alignment with safety and security objectives.
Oversee and coordinate program activities at both Centers as needed.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
??Safety and Security Manager? Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Security Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in safety, security, or risk management, preferably in a government or contractor environment.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, security protocols, and program management.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to conduct training, inspections, and reporting across multiple sites.
