Facility Operations Manager This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered. The Facility Operations Manager will assist with CBP's acquisition; funding management and budget tasks; and facility operations Compensation & Benefits: * Estimated Starting Salary Range for Facility Operations Specialist: $90,000 to $98,000. * Pay commensurate with experience. * Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. * Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. Facility Operations Specialist Responsibilities Include: * Supports project needs including acquisition management and analysis. * Assists in managing acquisition activities, including timelines, documentation, and performance measures. * Develops acquisition-related documents per USACE, FAA, GSA, CBP, HSAR, and FAR regulations. * Prepares requirements documentation and assists with Market Research and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA). * Aids in creating Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) and lifecycle costs, including market research and price analysis. * Collects and analyzes data for cost estimation and creates templates for the cost estimating process. * Develops and tracks cost estimates, leads metrics development, and provides cost estimation training. * Manages funding, tracks budgets, and submits Purchase Requisition Requests (PRRs) in SAP and TRIRIGA. * Supports maintenance and repair planning, provides budget and execution strategy recommendations. * Maintains data and contract information for reporting, manages task order documentation, and tracks funding. * Oversees facility MRO program data, maintenance contracts, and building systems. * Monitors maintenance work, supports repair solutions, and ensures environmental task completion and documentation. * Perform other duties as assigned. Facility Operations Specialist Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities * Bachelor's Degree * 8 or more years' experience in facilities management * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational skills. * Must have experience using SAP (ERP System). * Must have experience in IBM TRIRIGA Integrated Workplace Management System * Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal * Must be able to attain a CBP Public Trust clearance.
