Spring Education Group is looking for a skilled Maintenance Service Technician to help keep our preschools safe, welcoming, and running smoothly across six locations in Northern Virginia. In this hands-on, independent role, no two days are the same, and your work directly impacts children, families, and staff.

What You’ll Do:

Handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility projects
Respond to urgent requests and conduct routine inspections
Partner with vendors on specialized repairs and oversee contracted work
Support school upgrades, playgrounds, and classroom refreshes
Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years maintenance/facilities experience (multi-site or education preferred)
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
Physically able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, work in varied environments
Able to pass background checks and meet preschool requirements
