At Chewy, we have an incredible product offering surrounded by outstanding Team Members and you'll be one of the key players in continuing our pattern of success by finding and hiring the best talent!What You'll Do:Engage and partner with executive leaders as the recruiting SME on veterinary hiring, market trends, recruiting metrics, operational processes, systems, and toolsRecruit and hire Veterinarians based on needs identified by leadershipBuild repeatable, programmatic solutions to operational processesInterview DVM candidates, facilitate interviews, and hold meet and greets with appropriate department headsCreate and facilitate regular meeting times for support candidate interviews held by the Hospital AdministratorApply analytical thinking to diagnose business challenges and identify hiring trendsComplete full cycle recruiting and pipelining plans, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talentBuild recruiting strategies and drive execution to ensure goals are metDevelop a pipeline of candidates in specialized areas as determined by market needs and business strategiesTrack goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and resultsWhat You'll Need:7+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment2+ years of experience as a Veterinary RecruiterBachelor’s degree preferredKnowledge of local DVM talent pool and ability to connect via networking and cold callsProven track record of applying a data-driven approach to building and innovatingSome travel may be required, based on business needs#LI-Hybrid#LI-SS4Compensation & Benefits:Our pay range for a Senior Recruiting Manager - Veterinary position is $129,500.00 - $207,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.We offer different types of insurance, such as medical/Rx, vision, dental, life, disability, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accident.
