Responsibilities and Duties

• Preparing & packaging food orders for catering orders and in store, and operating the fry station as needed
• Must monitor and adhere to all food safety standards
• Must love to smile and connect with people
• Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for 8+ hours and lifting up to 50lbs.
• Model and support clear communication between the front counter and kitchen staffs
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures
• Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of kitchen frequently throughout the shift

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 16+ years old
• Reliable transportation to Pewaukee, WI
• Must be available to close (11pm) the restaurant at least 3 shifts per week
