By leveraging the expertise of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence, the program aims to expand access to innovative and compassionate care, empowering children diagnosed with autism to thrive. Children’s Specialized ABA offers home-based, community-based, and center-based ABA therapy.

Join Us as a Lead Registered Behavior Technician and Scheduling Coordinator
As a Lead RBT, your role is to support the structure, consistency, and quality of care provided across your assigned classrooms. You are a bridge between the RBT team and the leadership team and a key support for onboarding, classroom readiness, and day-to-day operations. This role provides advanced clinical support. The role uses independent judgment to support treatment integrity, supervise classroom organization standards. This role also completes daily schedule duties at the start of the day in the EI Center.
What You'll Do:
Implements treatment plans designed by a BCBA
Records data on the client’s behavior and progress
Train, mentor, and support RBTs
Provide advanced Central Reach (CR) systems oversight
Design, develop, and distribute monthly organizational newsletters
Develop, implement, and supervise weekly classroom activities
Management of classroom;
Parent communication
Support employee engagement activities
Provide clinic-level coverage and leadership, supporting continuity of services across varying client needs and staff availability
Maintains ethical and professional behavior according to the BACB
Daily scheduling
What You'll Need
High School Diploma
Completion of 40-hour RBT course work approved by BACB
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB
Previous experience working in center as a RBT
BCBA student or RBT who wants to grow in operations
Detail-oriented and organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to learn the Central Reach software to complete scheduling requirements
Internal candidates must meet 80% competencies and be in good standing with the company (i.e. no final warning, not on an active PIP
Work Location & Hours:
This is a full-time position on-site in our Jackson, NJ Early Intervention Center. The core hours for this position are 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Reasonable Pay Estimate
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $52,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and experience equity.
