Description
Requirements
- Work with department directors to complete staff payroll
- Enter schedules into Kronos system
- Keep accurate record of all PTO, change requests, absenteeism, overtime
- Monitor and minimize staff overtime.
- Receive staff staffing calls and contact staff to fill deficits in schedules.
- Monitors and report agency staff utilization.
- Demonstrates understanding of policy requirements related to staff scheduling, absenteeism, Overtime, etc. .
- Track and trend analyzed data: absenteeism, overtime, staff floating, agency utilization
- Supports Nursing Administration in monitoring admissions, discharges, bed availability and patient throughout.
- Support nursing directors in tracking staffing, orientation, competency completion, etc.
