Description

  • Work with department directors to complete staff payroll

  • Enter schedules into Kronos system

  • Keep accurate record of all PTO, change requests, absenteeism, overtime

  • Monitor and minimize staff overtime.

  • Receive staff staffing calls and contact staff to fill deficits in schedules.

  • Monitors and report agency staff utilization.

  • Demonstrates understanding of policy requirements related to staff scheduling, absenteeism, Overtime, etc. .

  • Track and trend analyzed data: absenteeism, overtime, staff floating, agency utilization

  • Supports Nursing Administration in monitoring admissions, discharges, bed availability and patient throughout.

  • Support nursing directors in tracking staffing, orientation, competency completion, etc.
