POSITIONSUMMARY: Under the direction of the Controller,supports department related business planning requirementsincluding, but not limited to, budgeting, scheduling, design,implementation, automation/streamline processes and workloadplanning. Responsible for analyzing financial data to supportAccounting, this includes analytics, financial reporting, andsystem processes.  Works with Finance, Supply Chain andInformation Systems to ensure ongoing system integrity and workplans to correct identified system deficiencies.  Provideseducation to end-users in finance and relateddepartments.

Requirements

MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:  Bachelor’sdegree in Accounting or Healthcare related field. 

CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: SQL Certification, preferred

SKILLS: 

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonalcommunication skills
• Ability to workcollaboratively with others
• Creative analysisand problem solving skills
• Must be able towork independently and follow established procedures, as well asdesigning, implementing, and documenting enhancements
• Understanding of Program Management concepts, costaccounting principles, feasibility analysis, pro forma preparation,and forecasting
• Knowledge of hospital systems(billing, general ledger, payroll, admitting, medical records,clinical operations, and other subsidiary systems)
• Must have strong computer background

EXPERIENCE: 5 years related experience required.  Relatedwork experience may substitute for required education.
