The incumbent will manage and direct projects from concept to construction completion using cradle-to-grave concepts. Work Model: Onsite/Office-Based Salary Range: 80K to $150K Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions:
Schedule, track, and monitor all activities throughout the life of all projects. Maintain accountability of all construction as-built deliverables and capitalization into the Installation Geospatial database and AutoCAD Installation drawing. Develop and manage specialized engineering surveys, studies, and programs used to assess and manage all infrastructure systems, including support of others doing work for the Government. Update facility and infrastructure systems changes to as-built drawings in RP NexGen-IT, within 60 calendar days after acceptance of the DD Form 1354, Transfer and Acceptance of DoD Real Property. Comply with all applicable and most current OSHA, EPA, NFPA, DoD, AF, federal, state, and local codes, and requirements as well as HHQs standards to include CAD/BIM Technology Center A/E/C CAD, Spatial Data Standards Facilities, Infrastructure and Environment (SDSFIE) standard for Computer Aided Design and Drafting/Geographical Information System (CADD/GIS). Validate that site approval, applicable environmental documentation, and other required documentation have been coordinated and approved. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Mandatory: Five (5) year Bachelor or a master’s degree in architecture from an NCARB Accredited University. Must be Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certified. Minimum seven (7) years commercial (non-residential) project experience including at least five (5) years’ experience in a project lead role. Minimum two (2) years of public/governmental organization experience. Completion of WENG 400 and 519; WMGT 322, 423; and WTSS 200. Must be able to acquire and maintain a Secret Security clearance.?? Ability to acquire and maintain government identification/common access card.? Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.? Valid state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.?? Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.?? Must be able to read, write and speak English.
