Citizens Private Wealth Business Support Manager II will be responsible for solving a range of straightforward problems and coordinating and managing the day-to-day running of this area. Concurrently works on a variety of initiatives focused on Private Wealth operations such as: application, data and reporting change and release management; application, data and reporting support; SharePoint site administration and access; compliance, regulatory and audit requests. 


Primary responsibilities include



  • Leads and coordinates application, data and reporting change and release management as well as complex issue resolution, projects and initiatives support strategy that is aligned with the organization’s goals and objects.

  • Manages a centralized business support mailbox, ensures timely responses, updates and completion of request

  • SharePoint site management and administration - posts content and communications; develops new libraries and information architecture as needed; provison user access

  • Supports requests for reports, data and information from Risk, Compliance Audit and Regulatory Agencies

  • Identifying areas for improvement in business support processes, systems, and workflows.

  • Team leadership and management, which includes allocating resources, assigning tasks, minoring progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

  • Stakeholder engagement, where the incumbent engages with internal stakeholder to understand their business support needs and requirements.

  • Process optimization and efficiency, where the incumbent identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize business support processes and workflows and service delivery and performance, which involves proactively identifying and addressing issues or bottlenecks in service delivery, striving for continuous improvement.


Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials



  • 5+ years in business analysis/support as a process/project owner related to user systems such as SharePoint and third party software providing liaison and technical support to users for reports, access, and data management preferred

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SharePoint and Excel preferred


Hours & Work Schedule



  • Hours per Week: 40

  • Work Schedule: M-F


 


Pay Transparency 


The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
