The role of Wealth Management – Brokerage Client Service Specialist provides candidates with an introduction into the world of Investments Products via the delivery of world class customer service experience in our Contact Center.
Candidates will be part of an integrated Investment Operations workforce and collaborate with departments responsible for opening/maintaining brokerage accounts, performing trades for equity/fixed income/mutual fund clients and assisting clients with money movements.
Candidates will also participate in actions to efficiently carry out day-to-day Operations by assisting internal clients including, but not limited to, Financial Advisors, Sales Assistants, Risk-Management and Compliance.
Primary responsibilities include
- Field a variety of incoming customer calls with a passion to deliver high quality solutions for our customers
- Identify opportunities to help customers grow their assets by connecting them with a Financial Advisor to review their financial needs and goals
- Gain deeper knowledge and understanding of Wealth Management Investment products (Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Annuities) to handle customer inquiries with increasing complexity
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year or more of bank/financial services and/or customer service related experience
- Demonstrated history of strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with multiple priorities in a collaborative manner
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven past ability to successfully analyze, problem solve, and make decisions independently
- Possess ability and willingness to adapt to an ever-changing work environment
- FINRA SIE, Series 7 and/or 63 or 66 licenses
- Possess demonstrated past ability to learn and understand various Computer Based systems – Salesforce, Mainframe, etc.
- Demonstrated past job history stability strongly preferred

- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET 100% IN OFFICE
