Our Chambly, QC facility is looking for a Facility Technician. This position is responsible for the tank farm and the execution of related documents. The candidate is part of a team which facilitates the refining process.

Responsibilities:

  • Collects process samples for laboratory analysis;
  • Transfers all production equipment;
  • Maintains and updates transfers in the reading sheet;
  • Enter the required information on the receipt reports;
  • Notifies the Technician in charge of any deviation from the planned targets;
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Technician in charge.

Requirements:

  • Previous environmental experience with hazardous waste;
  • Basic skills and experience with computer applications;
  • Ability to operate forklifts;
  • Multi-tasking ability and strength in attention to detail;
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision;
  • Daytime schedule but possibility of evening shift
