CSA is seeking a VTC Technician to support our Navy client onsite in Millington, TN. In this role, you will set up video teleconference systems and perform NMCI operations tasks. Responsibilities * Performs Video Teleconference (VTC) capabilities * Provides customer service support to flag officer staff and senior officers
* Troubleshoots problems such as joining, conducting, and participating in phone conference and VTC meetings
* Performs system integrity and connectivity tests to ensure system availability
* Identifies, analyzes, and resolves hardware problems such as installing cable systems, connecting, and integrating technology devices, equipment and system testing, user documentation and training
* Evaluates and selects computer hardware and software
* Helps stage, install, and maintain systems
* Assists system user on systems and equipment
* Maintains a daily schedule for VTC and telephone meetings
* Utilizes Microsoft Outlook Qualifications * Clearance: Ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance. * Three (3) or more years of experience in IT operational support (such as electronic documentation, system administration, network administration, or database administration). Additional education above the minimum is acceptable as a substitute for years of experience. * High School Diploma or equivalent
* Demonstrated general knowledge of Video Teleconference (VTC) technology and equipment, as well as NMCI Operations via the NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET)
* Customer service skills, and experience fielding and troubleshooting customer questions and issues
* Demonstrated knowledge of maintaining a schedule, with the ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
* Demonstrated knowledge of use of Microsoft Outlook
* Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision
* Solid communication skills- primarily verbal skills and ability to maintain a schedule
* Demonstrated knowledge of use of Microsoft TEAMS.
