We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team and support Navy Programs at PMW 240- supporting the MyNavy Portal (MNP) Program. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of this strategic program and contribute to the advancement of our client's mission. This role is currently hybrid with 2 days onsite in Arlington, hybrid schedule is subject to change based on clients needs. How Your Role Will Make an Impact: * Collaborate with the PMW 240 team to oversee and manage the MyNavy Portal (MNP) Program's day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
* Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for the MNP Program, providing insights and recommendations to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure clear communication and coordination of efforts. * Identify potential risks and challenges within the program and work proactively to develop mitigation strategies, ensuring smooth project delivery.
* Provide expert guidance and consulting services to the PMW 240 team, offering insights on best practices, industry trends, and innovative solutions to drive program success.
* Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards of the Navy mission and deliverables.
* Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team: * Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
* 15+ years professional experience in Program/Project Management
* Navy experience preferred
* Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and development.
