DIRECTOR RESPIRATORY THERAPY

A Southern California Hospital is actively seeking a Director of Respiratory Services to join their growing healthcare organization.As Hospital Manager Respiratory Care, you will be a vital component of a large acute care facility that offers a wide variety of care such as women’s and children’s services, surgical services, emergency care, family medicine, pediatrics, oncology, behavioral health, and so much more! The Registered Respiratory Therapy Manager will be supported by an Assistant Manager and will report to the Director of Respiratory Services to collaborate with them on unit initiatives. As the Respiratory Therapy Director, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative and clinical operations, aiding with development of department budgets, staffing and hiring, developing and implementing departmental procedures, and monitoring and evaluating staff performance.
