The Registered Respiratory Therapy Manager will be supported by an Assistant Manager and will report to the Director of Respiratory Services to collaborate with them on unit initiatives. As the Respiratory Therapy Director, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative and clinical operations, aiding with development of department budgets, staffing and hiring, developing and implementing departmental procedures, and monitoring and evaluating staff performance.
