Coastal Cosmetic & Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Practice Administrator to join our growing private practice in Pensacola, FL. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, team performance, patient experience, and practice growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice
  • Lead, coach, and support front and back office team members
  • Monitor office performance, productivity, and key practice metrics
  • Manage patient scheduling, treatment acceptance, and office efficiency
  • Support financial operations including collections, accounts receivable, and insurance processes
  • Ensure an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
  • Develop and improve office systems, workflows, and team accountability
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development
  • Partner with doctors to achieve practice growth goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and collections
  • Experience tracking production, collections, and other key performance indicators
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, accountable, and team-oriented mindset
