Our doctors are supported by a highly trained team that allows veterinarians to focus on patient care, diagnostics, client communication, and case management.

  • 4 Veterinarians
  • 2 Certified Veterinary Technicians (CVTs)
  • 3 Certified Veterinary Assistants (CVAs)
  • 1 Assistant Veterinary Assistant (AVA)
  • 2 Veterinary Assistants (VAs)

We also provide structured but flexible mentorship and support for early-career veterinarians, helping build confidence in medicine, surgery, dentistry, and client communication.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school (or equivalent for international graduates)
  • Active Arizona veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
  • Successful completion of the NAVLE
  • Commitment to practicing high-quality companion animal medicine
  • Strong communication and client education skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a multi-doctor team
  • Passion for continued learning and professional development

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in small animal general practice
  • Interest in surgery, dentistry, acupuncture, or internal medicine
  • Experience with digital radiography and in-house diagnostics
  • Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and team development
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
