What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school (or equivalent for international graduates)
- Active Arizona veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
- Successful completion of the NAVLE
- Commitment to practicing high-quality companion animal medicine
- Strong communication and client education skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a multi-doctor team
- Passion for continued learning and professional development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in small animal general practice
- Interest in surgery, dentistry, acupuncture, or internal medicine
- Experience with digital radiography and in-house diagnostics
- Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and team development
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
