Projects will vary by department. This position will receive insight on how Coca-Cola UNITED functions and serves its community and customers, as well as a comprehensive understanding of how all departments contribute to the manufacturing and selling of Coca-Cola products.What your day will look like: Work collaboratively with other Interns to complete a final project Engage in community activities Learn soft skills, such as presenting and interacting with associates in a customer-focused setting Learn about project management, goal-setting and time management Rotate through various departments to gain exposure to different processes and people that support UNITED s initiatives Provide administrative and analytical work as needed Performs appropriate duties as assigned by managementWhat you need to succeed: Minimum of 18 years old Valid driver s license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job Ability to read, write and speak English Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills Enrolled in a school, technical school, college or university participating in a UNITED school partnership program Ability to work with cross functional teams Frequent standing, sitting, walking, typing Ability to lift up to 25 lbs CCBCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled.
