This team is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers in respective divisions, etc. to maximize sales and profits and ensure proper execution of pricing and promotional programs. Customer base may include large and small store retail accounts. What your day will look like: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the UNITED policies and applicable laws Interview, hire, and train associates Plan, assign, and direct work Appraise performance Address complaints and resolve problems Builds positive associate morale Trains each team member on the yearly customer business plan that would include price package planning, Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) and Picture of Success (PicOS) Establishes routines between team members and each Sales Center for proper communication and follow up on all store visits In partnership with Key Account Developers, is responsible for the local and executive level relationship with each customer and assist in resolving any concerns and issues Provides feedback and recommendations to the leadership team on competitive threats and business opportunities Ensures in-outlet standards are executed per our channel and PicOS plans Reviews business results with customers on a pre-determined frequency and gains alignment on key business initiatives Tracks, measures, and analyzes execution of PicOS across each customer group using key business indicators Ensures all key business goals are achieved Performs appropriate duties as assigned by managementWhat you need to succeed: Minimum age 18 years old Valid driver s license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job Ability to read, write and speak English Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology Strong leadership and organizational skills Proven ability to coach and manage needs and concerns of multiple associates Ability to travel up to 50% Bachelor's degree (B.
