- Lead System Architect Role
- A Senior System Architect is responsible for the design, architecture, and implementation of PEGA based solutions.

- The technical leader of a project team, responsible for mentoring and monitoring the quality of team member s deliverables.
- He/she will be expected to work independently to build out all portions of a BPM application and mentor others to do the same.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 5 years experience leading Pega projects
- Pega Lead System Architect Certified
- Experience in enterprise scale application design and development
- Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles
- Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL
- Experience in WebSphere or WebLogic Application Server
- Strong OO experience
- Pega Solution and Architecture of Enterprise Solution Design
- Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical degree
