PEGA ROBOTICS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS ANALYST

Role Overview: A Pega Robotics Architect in designing and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using Pega Systems' technology. They analyze complex business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and develop solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort ().

• Working with business and SME to understand the current workflow process with Preferred Knowledge of Pega robotics.
• Understand and document the current integration and bots in the system. Define the to be workflow process and case types.
• Define the new integration systems, bot transformation, personas. Identify the gaps between the current system and to be system.
• Define the trade-offs made during the discovery session.
• Define and document the epics and high-level stories at the end of the discovery session.
• Experienced Business analyst with minimum 6 to 8 years of pega projects experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have proven experience in translating business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories Expert on Pega projects with hands on experience, Agile, Agile ceremonies (Including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum Meeting, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.), Jira, customer handling skills, Probing Skills, Documentation skills and Presentation skills.
• Should have experience in offshore and onshore model. PCBA is needed along with any other BA certifications.
• Act as a liaison between the client and development team and provide any requirement clarifications.
• Actively engage with business stakeholders
