Pega Engagement Delivery Lead

As a Pega Engagement Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading Projects on PEGA Platform including PEGA Upgrade, PEGA Frameworks, Pega Reporting, Pega Application Development, Pega Data and Integration, Pega User Experience, Pega Mobility, Pega Case Management and PEGA Decision Hub.

In this role, you will

• Lead the design and implementation of PEGA solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the upgrade and maintenance of PEGA applications ensuring optimal performance.
• Provide guidance on PEGA Frameworks to enhance application development.
• Manage delivery of Pega Reporting solutions to deliver actionable insights.
• Implement PEGA Mobility solutions to support mobile access and functionality.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

• 15+ Years of proven ability and Solid grasp of PEGA architecture and standard methodologies
• Proven track record of successful PEGA implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

What will help you stand out (preferred skills)

• Experience in the banking and Cards and Payments.
