We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester with expertise in Pega testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience creating and maintaining automated test scripts with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and software quality assurance standards.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts for PEGA applications.
  • Test data identification and work with upstream/downstream system teams to ensure dependencies are being worked out for project delivery.
  • Creating comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and use cases to support testing objectives.
  • Identify, document, and track defects found during testing.
  • Work with customer, business, and Dev teams and coordinate with offshore teams from a delivery standpoint and ensure overall project delivery.
  • The candidate is responsible for performing the Onshore QA Lead role.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):

  • Overall 8 to 12 years of automation testing experience having expertise on Pega testing.
  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application testing.
  • Must have recent automation experience of 5 years using Selenium.
  • Should have excellent knowledge of Java core concepts.
  • Should have Pega QA lead experience and lead Pega engagements.
  • Exposure to Pega testing methodologies and environments.
  • Should be able to understand Azure pipeline execution and result analysis.
  • Good in client communication and should be flexible enough to work as an Individual contributor.
