Role: Senior/Lead - JAVA Production Support Lead

Experience: 8 – 10 years of strong experience

Job Location: Candidates need to be willing to work onsite from the Client’s office in Atlanta GA. Remote work is not an option

Must Have Skills:

· Production support hands on experience on analyzing and troubleshooting for production incident. Experience in monitoring tools like Dynatrace and log analysis tool like Splunk.

· Strong hands-on experience is required on the Java 11, SpringBoot, REST & SOAP Web Services, Angular 12, MS SQL server, AWS cloud

· Ability to debug SOAP/RESTFUL webservices and spring boot microservices for triaging any production issue

Role and Responsibilities

· Production support hands on experience on analyzing and troubleshooting for production incident.

· Experience in monitoring tools like Dynatrace and log analysis tool like Splunk.

· Strong hands-on experience is required on the Java 11, SpringBoot, REST & SOAP Web Services, Angular 12, MS SQL server, AWS cloud

· Ability to debug SOAP/RESTFUL webservices and spring boot microservices for triaging any production issue

· Ability to work on minor enhancement when occurred

· Ability to participate in Daily/Weekly stand ups call with Customer, delivery team and other stake holders

· Ability to work with cross work stream teams

· Ability to work with performance team to evaluate and resolve any performance related issues

· Effective written and verbal communication skills and good listening skills

· A can-do-attitude and a strong passion for technology and willingness to learn new skills.

· Confident, self-starter, have a strong work ethic, and team-oriented

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position will depend on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
