Dynatrace Solution Architect

Responsibilities

· Provide guidance on architecture deployment best practices and product enablement.

· Assist customers in designing complex integrations and deploying the Dynatrace platform at scale.

· Contribute to developing features for the Dynatrace Elevate portal and other custom solutions.

· Work closely with Senior Solutions Engineers and mentor customers.

· Engage with enterprise clients to ensure successful implementation and maximize the use of the Dynatrace platform

Qualifications:

· Analytic, organization, presentation, customer service and facilitation skills.

· An understanding of Application and/or Infrastructure Monitoring & Observability a plus

· Prior Experience using Dynatrace or managing APM solutions a major plus

· A general understanding of a variety of Cloud technologies and offerings such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud

· Understanding of Network and Software Security Models, protocols, certificates

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 – $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
