Our practice is seeking a highly qualified NodeJS Lead with experience in ReactJS, developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications. Our Developers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of complex web applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality code by conducting regular code reviews and implementing standard processes.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams including product managers designers and QA engineers to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to the development process.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies integrating them into the development process as appropriate.
• Optimize application performance ensuring fast and efficient user experiences.
• Implement and maintain security standard methodologies to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
• Manage project timelines and results ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 10 to 13 years of experience.
• Possess a strong background in Node.js and React.js with demonstrable experience in developing complex web applications.
• Demonstrate expertise in Bill Inquiry Handling with a deep understanding of domain-specific challenges and solutions.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Showcase strong leadership and mentorship abilities with experience guiding and supporting junior developers.

Good to have:
• Certified Node.js Developer, Certified React Developer, Certification in Billing Systems.
