We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP. Additionally experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains is mandatory. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology solutions that enhance customer journeys and optimize claims processes.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $135,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that leverage AEP Customer Journey Analytics to enhance customer experiences.
  • Oversee the integration of AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser to streamline and personalize customer interactions.
  • Provide technical expertise in AEP RTCDP to ensure real-time data processing and decision-making capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure that technology solutions comply with industry standards and regulations particularly in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims domain.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for technology architectures ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular assessments of technology solutions to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Work closely with the claims and payer teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with existing processes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AEP technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into the architecture.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on the benefits and functionalities of the implemented solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in technology architecture and solution design.

Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of AEP Customer Journey Analytics and its application in enhancing customer experiences.
  • Demonstrate expertise in AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and its role in personalizing customer interactions.
  • Have extensive experience with AEP RTCDP and its capabilities in real-time data processing.
