Below is the JD for this requirement. Please help us with some profiles on priority.

Ø SQL Server DBA - Installation Administration windows and Linux and Maintenance of Database and SQL Server Instances on 2008 2012 2014 2016 2017,2019 beyond

Ø Experience in solve and resolving blocking and deadlocking issues replication issues log shipping issues connectivity issues security issues etc.

Ø Experience in Performance Tuning Query Optimization using Performance Monitor SQL Profiler and other related monitoring and solve tools

Ø Strong knowledge of migration backups restores recovery models database shrink operations DBCC commands Clustering Database mirroring Replication

Ø Manage SQL Server databases DB migration

Ø Data centre migration hands on experience on 2016

Ø Database Space Storage Management

Ø Regular Database Health checks and Monitors

Ø Incident Management

Ø Problem Management

Ø Performance Monitoring and Tuning TSQL queries to improve performance Tuning Recommendations

Ø AWS cloud, Always-on is a must, good communication , Power shell and shell scripting skills

The annual salary for this position is between $100000 - $110000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
