Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Functional Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000/ Year to $162,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

Role Summary:

A highly skilled SuccessFactors Compensation, Recruiting and Onboarding Solution Architect with a deep understanding and expertise in these SuccessFactors modules, coupled with strong technical and analytical skills. They will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting tailored HR solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives.

• Lead the scoping, discovery, design and implementation to deliver a scalable and successful solution

• Expertise in providing consulting services to global organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to transform their SAP HCM Cloud Solutions

• Define and analyze business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Solution for effective solution design

• Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Solution in compliance with the Best Practices

• Engage in client discussions for new opportunities, present innovative solutions and prepare demos of Best-in-Class solutions

• Lead pre-sales, collaborate with stakeholders from Account and Solution teams to put together RFP responses, collaborate with teams skilled in other SuccessFactors modules and help put together comprehensive proposals.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead SuccessFactors engagements as Solution Architect providing global technical consulting and thought leadership

• Work effectively in a global and remote environment with cross-functional team members and showcase outstanding listening, communication and influencing skills

• Showcase strong scoping and project planning skills, ability to partner with PMO to keep project delivery on track with respect to timeline, identify scope creeps and make the right trade-off between timeline and customer value.

• Lead initiatives to evaluate business requirements, consider design alternatives, and provide recommendations on HCM solutions

• Lead and advice on large-scale SuccessFactors engagements.

Role Qualifications:

• Should be a SAP Certified Associate with ACTIVE certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central

• 10+ years of experience configuring and implementing HCM products with at least 3 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation with cross-functional team

• Atleast 3 end-to-end implementation experience in SuccessFactors, preferably in one or all of the following SuccessFactors modules - Compensation, Recruiting and Onboarding.

• Deep domain knowledge of HR processes, focusing on Hire to Retire, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation Management and Variable Pay practices and processes and its application in SuccessFactors engagements

• Implementation experience in other SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Performance & Goals etc is added advantage

• Integration experience with other SuccessFactors Modules, SAP HCM or third-party products is preferred

• Experience working in onsite-offshore model engagements.

• Consulting firm experience, preferably with Big 4 firms, supporting enterprise customers.

• Contributing to the Practice growth and development by providing mentorship and coaching, contributing towards initiatives like – Innovation, Sales/Pre-Sales etc.

• Stay informed about current trends and effective approaches in compensation management, recruiting and onboarding within the industry

Minimum required for SuccessFactors Recruiting

• Strong Recruiting functional knowledge with command of all recruiting module aspects

• Configured and implemented SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Marketing solutions

• Hands-on experience of configuring Recruiting XMLs, candidate status sets, career sites, agency setup, recruiting settings and recruiting reports

• Job Profile Builder Integration Experience

• Knowledgeable about integration with other HR processes and 3rd party applications. Eg. Assessment and Background Check Vendors

Minimum required for SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Strong Onboarding functional knowledge with command of all onboarding module aspects

• Configured and implemented SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions
