We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring. Additionally experience in the Cards and Payments domain is mandatory. This role involves designing and implementing robust AEM solutions that align with business objectives and enhance user experience.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000/Year to $130,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of AEM solutions to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
Oversee the implementation of AEM components templates and workflows to ensure seamless integration.
Provide technical guidance and support to the development team in AEM frontend and backend development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure the AEM platform is optimized for performance scalability and security.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Develop and maintain AEM authoring guidelines and best practices for content creators.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM infrastructure and applications.
Implement and manage AEM upgrades patches and configurations.
Work closely with the Cards and Payments team to ensure AEM solutions align with domain-specific requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users on AEM authoring and content management.
Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends to drive innovation.

Qualifications

Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring.
Demonstrate expertise in the Cards and Payments domain.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Show proficiency in Java HTML CSS JavaScript and other relevant technologies.
Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Have experience with AEM upgrades patches and configurations.
Be familiar with performance optimization techniques for AEM.
Understand security best practices for AEM implementations.
