ETL DataStage Developer

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Warehousing Concepts Scheduling Basics ETL Data Integration PL/SQL and IBM Infosphere Datastage. Experience in Billing and Revenue Management is a plus. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of data warehousing solutions to support business intelligence and analytics needs.

Oversee the development and maintenance of ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.

Provide technical expertise in PL/SQL to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Ensure data quality and consistency across various data sources and systems.

Develop and maintain scheduling processes to automate data workflows and ensure timely data availability.

Utilize IBM Infosphere Datastage to design develop and deploy data integration solutions.

Monitor and troubleshoot data integration processes to ensure smooth operation and resolve any issues promptly.

Implement best practices for data warehousing and ETL to improve system performance and scalability.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Conduct regular reviews of data architecture and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions that meet their needs.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Data Warehousing Concepts Scheduling Basics ETL Data Integration PL/SQL and IBM Infosphere Datastage.

Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing data solutions that drive business success.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.

Show proficiency in developing and maintaining ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration.

Have a solid understanding of database performance optimization and data integrity.
