Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Chief Functional Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 190,500/Year to 223,500/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Functional Architect with 18 to 21 years of experience to lead our data migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP Data Services SAP S/4H Data Migration and Data Migration Strategy. This role will involve working closely with various departments including Finance & Accounting and Research and Development to ensure seamless data migration and integration.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of data migration strategies to ensure seamless integration across systems.

Oversee the entire data migration process from planning to execution ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Provide expert guidance on SAP Data Services and SAP S/4H Data Migration to optimize data handling and storage.

Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to ensure financial data is accurately migrated and integrated.

Work closely with Research and Development teams to support data migration needs and ensure data integrity.

Develop and maintain data models to support business processes and decision-making.

Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards throughout the migration process.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate data migration risks.

Provide training and support to team members on data migration best practices and tools.

Monitor and report on the progress of data migration projects to senior management.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance data migration efficiency.

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align data migration efforts with organizational goals.

Ensure that all data migration activities are completed on time and within budget.

Role Qualifications:

Possess extensive experience in SAP Data Services and SAP S/4H Data Migration.

Demonstrate strong expertise in developing and implementing data migration strategies.

Have a deep understanding of Finance & Accounting and Research and Development domains.

Exhibit proficiency in creating and maintaining data models.

Show a strong commitment to data governance and compliance.

Display excellent project management and organizational skills.

Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Have a proven track record of successfully leading data migration projects.

Certifications Required:

SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP Data Services
