SR. PRODUCT ASSURANCE ENGINEER-LABVIEW

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Assurance Engineer with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CQ HP ALM Test Complete TestStand LabVIEW and Manual Testing. Experience in Customer Premises Equipment is mandatory. This role involves ensuring the highest quality of our products contributing to the companys mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure product quality.
• Oversee the implementation of testing strategies using CQ HP ALM Test Complete TestStand and LabVIEW.
• Provide detailed analysis and reporting of test results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in product assurance.
• Conduct manual testing to validate product functionality and performance.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
• Monitor and track defects using appropriate tools and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide quality assurance input.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing methodologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the testing process.
• Ensure that all testing activities are documented and traceable.
• Support product releases by providing quality assurance sign-off.
• Collaborate with customer support teams to address product issues reported by customers.
• Drive the adoption of new testing tools and technologies to enhance product quality.
• Ensure that customer premises equipment meets all specified requirements.
• Provide feedback to product development teams to improve product design and functionality.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in CQ HP ALM Test Complete TestStand and LabVIEW.
• Demonstrate proficiency in manual testing techniques.
• Have a solid understanding of customer premises equipment.
• Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Show strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Have experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Be familiar with industry standards and best practices in product assurance.
• Display a proactive approach to identifying and resolving product issues.

Certifications Required

ISTQB Certified Tester Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD)
