Job Summary

Responsible for helping lead the creation and optimization of supply and production plans for equipment and related materials across the enterprise. Responsibilities include gathering data and inputs to the plan, tracking inventory levels, and daily monitoring of key performance indicators to ensure quality and production requirements are being met. This role partners with many stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales and operations planning (S&OP) inputs/outputs. Has in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priority. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities
Assists in the development of strategic business plans for supply chain planning function.
Prepare, communicate, and monitor production and capacity plans, consisting of both forward and reverse logistics.
Work extensively with system data to form trends and patterns; provide suggestions to management around process and control improvements.
Support master data management (MDM) policies to ensure a common understanding, consistency, accuracy and control in the ongoing maintenance and application use of information.
Coordinate with the Business Intelligence and Analytics technical team in the development of reports, dashboards, interfaces, and extensions for current planning applications.
Collaborate with the supply chain operations team to support an effective vendor management model of 3rd party logistics providers.
Leverage established Supply Chain systems, processes, and tools to focus on effective materials management, planning, forecasting, network optimization, and transportation management.
Manage small to medium performance improvement projects to increase production quality and capacity connected to both forward and reverse logistics.
Effectively communicate all project timelines, deliverables, and risks associated with the stand-up and deployment of the operation to the supply chain leadership team.
Liaise internally with key stakeholders to help execute the NPI (New Product Introduction) process; Initiate necessary change requests to ingest new products into planning and reporting.
Support the development of repeatable, and thus scalable, plans and processes in order to speed time to market and improve operational efficiency.
Mentors more junior analysts to help facilitate the completion of accurate work.
Advanced working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Salary:

Pay Range: This job can be performed in Denver Campus with a Pay Range of $66,763.84 - $115,958.25
