ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT - REFERENCE ARCHITECT-MID WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

Description Position Title: Enterprise Architect - Reference Architect - Mid Level (1595) Location: Springfield, VA Clearance Required: TS/SCI General Responsibilities: * Ensure RAs align to NGA's RA framework. * Support identification of new opportunities for RAs through analysis of existing guidance and identification of gaps. * Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts, Enterprise Engineers and Solutions Architects to identify needs for additional Reference Architectures. * Coordinate with Standards Team to identify technical standards profiles for GEOINT and IT standards applicable to solutions architectures to ensure interoperability between many and diverse GEOINT and business services solutions. * Ensures that RA outputs are actionable and are authored to provide value to a wide audience. * Creates traceability from JARM and GEA through to authored RA guidance. Required Skills and Tasks: * Active TS/SCI clearance * Able to develop & use complex concepts & processes * Conduct root cause problem analysis * Guide & support Junior level personnel Work Level: * Self-guided individual work * Proactive team member * Task Lead Education/Certification Required: * Master's degree, Bachelor's degree plus 2-year experience, Associates degree plus 4 years' experience, or a minimum of 6 years' experience, in relevant field Compass, Inc.
